Job Duties: Support implementation of corporate-wide policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives. Provide coaching, direction, and counsel to all levels of employees to proactively anticipate, prevent, and resolve a wide area of HR issues; escalate and support the cases as needed with HR Leadership. Support internal marketing and planning on upcoming important internal events and trainings. Build and own a communications program that consistently encourages, informs, and engages employees. Lead communications moments, including company meetings and internal announcements. Manage regional and national Program management including annual performance and compensation review, legal and compliance review, process buildup, and improvement, etc. Provide individual and group training on a variety of HR tools, policies, procedures, and topics as required. Answer and assist regional management and teams with general questions and requests. Assist with payroll cycle reports and ad hoc HR reports. Job Requirements: Job entails working with and requires bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant with Candidate must have 1-year professional experience in: International Business Management Human Resources Management Recruitment and Staffing Performance Management Project Management Cross-Cultural Experience (U.S. and Chinese business environments) Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Employer will accept a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisite fields followed by 1 years of experience in the position of human resources, business administration, or relevant. Points credits Compensation Range The US base salary range for this full-time position is $62,733 This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations.
