We are looking for a trusted, collaborative, and strategic People Business Partner who will partner with leaders across the Americas region. In this role, you will develop and execute People strategies focused on talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning. How you'll make an impact

  • Partner with leaders and managers across the Americas region to assess people needs and deploy talent strategies that align with organizational goals and drive scale.
  • Provide coaching and support on talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee data to identify trends, aid in decision-making and provide proactive solutions to the business - serve as our people data AI champion for the Americas region.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement - lead by example and champion a positive, inclusive culture where our teams can learn and grow.
  • Partner with leaders to deliver effective and efficient people processes including talent assessments, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, talent development, retention, inclusion, and engagement.
  • Leverage the People support model to ensure scalability and the highest possible impact and customer experience with a strong interest in being part of a global people business partner team.
  • Partner closely with other functions and People centers of excellence including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Culture to design, pilot, and scale high impact and innovative People programs

What you'll need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree plus 4-6 years of experience as a People Business Partner delivering support and services - ideally in a fast-growth and rapidly scaling technology environment
  • PHR or SHRM-CP desired, but not required
  • Energized by change and excited about the path forward
  • ias for action and the ability to balance short-term decisions with longer-term vision
  • Expertise on all things related to people, culture and organizations, with an ability to connect the dots to deliver value
  • A well-rounded understanding of all aspects of the People function, including its COEs and federal / local compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in connecting and building trust across multiple levels, teams and groups, including the People team, managers, employees, and other stakeholders
  • International experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to assess needs using data to make informed decisions, influence, collaborate, deliver, and partner at all levels across the organization to get things done
