The Space and Intelligence Division provides engineering services and analytic support to the Air Force, Space Force, Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes systems engineering and integration, test planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, developing approaches and concepts to meet emerging, high priority National Defense needs, and assessing and developing cutting-edge technologies and capabilities to meet those needs. SPA has a need for a PEO Action Officer. Responsibilities Key duties associated with this position include but are not limited to: Provide focused action expertise to senior leaders. Update, deliver, and maintain actions using Enterprise Task Management Software Solutions (ETMS2 - formerly TMT). Create and deliver senior-level integrated responses to actions, tasks, and products. Coordinate, integrate, and facilitate senior-level meetings. Coordinate, integrate, and conduct a technical review process to ensure correspondence packages are relevant, complete, consistent, and technically coherent and integrated. Create, deliver, and maintain processes to ensure knowledge management and information and decisions related to mission systems status updates and decision briefs are in accordance with Governance plan. Perform extensive collaboration with the Action Group team and several subordinate units to accomplish the mission. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with ability to be accessed to Special Access Programs Master's degree 15 years of relevant experience in DoD Program Management, Business Management, Acquisitions, and/or Operations experience (government and/or industry) Experience creating/updating products with Microsoft Office Desired Qualifications: National Security Space Acquisition experience Experience with ETMS2 SPA provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement saving plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
