Job Title: Pellet Mill Operator Location: Pine Bluff Arkansas

Role and Responsibilities:As a Pellet Mill Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing and documenting required inspections of equipment.
- Analyzing equipment performance and making necessary tooling changes.
- Ensuring all work is performed in a timely and safe manner.
- Maintaining all equipment, tools, and workstations.
- Utilizing your skills to improve equipment optimization and reliability.
- Maintaining logs and recording labor, materials, and equipment used.
- Effectively communicating equipment deficiencies to team members and management.
- Participating in breakdown analysis, root cause analysis, focused improvement, and 5S projects.
- Ensuring workers adhere to local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education; trade school or college preferred.
- One year of in-plant manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work independently and utilize critical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Compliance with all LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work, and Working at Heights policies.
- OSHA 10 training and experience.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to continuously walk or stand, bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift items above shoulders.
- Ability to work outdoors, rotating shifts, and lift up to 50 pounds.
