As a Pega Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega solutions to meet client requirements. You will collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions using Pega platform capabilities. Your expertise in Pega methodologies and best practices will drive successful project outcomes and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Analyze client requirements and design Pega solutions that align with business objectives and Pega best practices. Develop detailed technical specifications and architecture documents.

Pega Development: Utilize Pega platform tools and technologies to develop robust and scalable solutions. Implement Pega workflows, business rules, user interfaces, integrations, and data models.

Customization and Configuration: Configure Pega applications to meet specific client needs. Customize user interfaces, case types, decision rules, and other Pega elements as required.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams. Mentor junior developers and share expertise in Pega development methodologies and best practices.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, testers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design reviews, and sprint planning sessions.

Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to validate the functionality and performance of Pega applications. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, deployment guides, and release notes. Document configuration decisions, customizations, and other technical aspects of Pega implementations.

Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and demonstrate Pega solutions. Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on Pega-related matters.

Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of latest developments in Pega platform and related technologies. Participate in training programs, workshops, and certification courses to enhance your Pega skills and knowledge.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during Pega development and implementation. Provide timely resolution to client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Pega certification (e.g., CSA, CSSA, CLSA) highly preferred.
Minimum X years of experience in Pega development and implementation.
Proficiency in Pega platform tools such as PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC), Pega Express, Pega Decisioning, etc.
Strong understanding of Pega methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and best practices.
Experience with integration technologies (e.g., SOAP, REST, JMS) and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
