Employment Type: Part time Shift: Description: POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for welcoming individuals who are interested in receiving care from any Pittsburgh Mercy family of services. Will utilize shared lived experienced to assist those in need of identifying their needs and ensuring the person's voice and choice are communicated. Assist in engagement, awareness, support, and community integration skills. Will work on identifying and removing barriers to access the treatment systems and providing screening to coordinate their care needs to get an individual immediate access to crisis services, treatment services or linking them with already established or needed to be established resources. Enrollment Navigators utilize Wellness Coaching techniques and Shared Decision-Making model techniques to achieve meeting the needs of those served. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Promotes the language of recovery, empowerment, and choice. Provides Supportive intervention as needed. Maintenance of day-to-day operations, including tracking, monitoring, and rooming individuals for screening and assessment. Attend and participate in internal and external committees, meetings, task forces, work groups, etc., as requested and required. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALILFICATIONS: High School Diploma/Equivalency 1 year of related or personal mental health experience. Computer skills are preferred. Pre-Employment Drug Screen Clearances: Acts 33/34/114 Access to transportation Lived experiences or familiarity with mental health and/or drug and alcohol difficulties is preferred.
