What You Will Do: Peer Review Coordinator coordinates the peer review process consistent with guidelines set forth by the medical staff and regulatory agencies; assists with physician performance improvement initiatives. What You Will Bring: Education College degree in nursing required Experience Minimum of five years performance improvement experience required, with adeptness at communication, facilitation, and problem solving Minimum of five years clinical chart review experience required Previous experience in healthcare organization required Qualifications Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects at one time Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work with people in a tactful, diplomatic manner and possesses good judgment and discretion with both internal and external customers Ability to work with diverse groups of people What You Will Get: At Valley Health, we believe everyone is a caregiver, and our goal is to create an environment where our caregivers thrive physically, financially, and emotionally.
