Fast Facts for our per diems: Covers the inpatient pediatric unit with an average census of 2 patients Provides consults to the ER providers No nursery or delivery coverage since there are neonatologists onsite 24/7 Flexible scheduling Paid for every clinical hour worked The Community You Will Serve: Somers Point is located 10 miles southwest of Atlantic City on Great Egg Harbor Bay, where it has the charm of a quaint Bay Village reminiscent of the days of great fishing and shipbuilding, which were the mainstay of old South Jersey. With its many fine restaurants and marinas and a fabulous view of the bay from Kennedy Park (once known as Banks Park ) this little town is one of the great attractions to the Jersey Shore.
