Zufall Health is looking for a part or full-time board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician in our Dover location. A passion for community pediatrics is a must, and proficiency in Spanish is preferred. Opportunity Details: + Outpatient only + Light overnight and weekend call responsibilities + Flexible hours + In-house behavioral health, pharmacy, dental, and phlebotomy services What we Offer: + Excellent compensation package including full benefits + Student loan repayment eligibility through HRSA + Malpractice coverage, DEA and license renewal + 20 days of paid PTO, 7 paid holidays, 5 CME days w/$1,500, 2 personal days + Short-term and long-term disability and life insurance + 403(b), 457(b) and Roth IRA retirement programs + Guaranteed $20,000 provider incentive for first year of employment, afterwards incentive is earned quarterly based on billable visits up to $5,000 per quarter As a condition of employment, we require that all staff are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and Flu.
