Nature of Work The Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Colorado School of Medicine's mission is to provide outstanding, cutting-edge clinical care, research, and state-of-the-art training. The Department is seeking a board-eligible or board-qualified pediatric otolaryngologist to join the full-time faculty. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Clinical service in the field of Pediatric Otolaryngology, with the primary location for this position being Children's Hospital Colorado located at Anschutz Medical Campus as well as surrounding network of care sites. This position will include facial trauma and vestibular disorders coverage in addition to general pediatric otolaryngology care. Teaching and mentoring of fellows, residents, medical students, and other related trainees. Faculty expectation for regular academic/scholarship/research activities toward academic promotion Professional Field Pediatric Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery Supervision Received This faculty position will report directly to the Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery. Supervision Exercised This position exercises no formal supervision of employees. Salary and Benefits: Assistant Professor: The salary range for this position has been established at $260,000 - $350,000. Associate Professor: The salary range for this position has been established at $280,000 - $375,000. Professor: The salary range for this position has been established at $300,000 - $400,000. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
