The Division of Pediatric Outreach Medicine, Department of Pediatrics at Monroe Carell Jr. Children s Hospital at Vanderbilt (MCJCHV) seeks a BE/BC Pediatric Hospitalist/Newborn Medicine pediatrician to support Cookeville Regional Medical Center. The Outreach Medicine Division is currently comprised of pediatricians and NNPs who staff a variety of services including Community Based Hospital Medicine, Newborn Medicine, Urgent Care Clinics and Primary Care. We are seeking applicants with a clinical focus on Hospital Medicine with special interest and training in delivery room and newborn care will be considered. Competency in circumcisions will be necessary. The preferred candidate will demonstrate a track record of excellence in clinical care, graduate medical education or research and possess outstanding leadership skills.

The MCJCHV serves as the regional center for care in Middle Tennessee and as a referral center for critically ill children from throughout Tennessee and the Southeast.
