- Active AZ License
- Clean DEA/Malpractice
- Board certified
- PALS, NRP, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days, temporary privilege available
Skills: Preferred Non-Invasive Vent Management, Intubation, Newborn, Pediatrics, Lumbar puncture, EKG interpretation, Circumcision, etc.
EMR: MEDHOST
Please let me know your availability, the number of shifts per month you can handle, and dates you are available/unavailable. If you want a specific schedule, such as one, or 2 weeks per month, or 2 or 3 days a week, please make me aware.
