Pediatric Dentist

Our private practice in the Greater Houston/Northeast Houston area is seeking a motivated board-certified/board eligible Pediatric Dentist for a long term associateship. This is a fantastic opportunity for Pediatric Dentists looking to build their career, work in a top-rated pediatric practice, and have the opportunity for mentorship. We have modern office setting with state of the art equipment and well trained team and systems in place. We offer nitrous, oral sedation, IV sedation and general anesthesia.

Requirements

Current Dental License in the state of Texas
Pediatric Certificate from an accredited U.S. Dental residency
Oral Conscious Sedation permit
Current CPR and PALS certificate
NPI Number
DEA Certificate
Team player
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
Proficient in using dental software system(Open Dental)

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive pediatric dental procedures on children ages 0-18
Conduct routine dental examinations and provide preventive care
Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
Develop treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic dental software systems (Open Dental)
Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
