Can be fulltime Monday-Friday or Part-Time M/W/F Hourly Rate: $17.00-$21.00 depending on RBT Competency Exam/Experience Location: 5575 Warren Parkway, Suite 106, Frisco, Texas, 75034 The following defines the primary job responsibilities of the Behavior Technician. Energetic individual who enjoys working with children with special needs Willing to work with children with diagnoses such as Autism and who may display challenging behaviors Willing to implement behavior support plans targeting behavior reduction. Teach self-help skills, self advocacy skills, and social skills. Ability to accept feedback while receiving daily coaching, clinical supervision, and employment supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through in person observation and via the camera monitoring system. Collect and summarize data as specified by the individualized treatment plan.
