Overview
Our client is seeking two (2) Technical Support professionals to support a refresh project. In this role, the incumbents will be responsible for reimaging devices and meticulously tracking progress to ensure the project s success. They will work within a team of over 25 members, fostering collaboration and efficient workflow, and will report directly to a project lead, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the Mobile Dispatch Team (MDT) refresh initiative.
Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma and 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Support.
- 1-3 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Familiar with PC hardware and software, Imaging, Windows 11, and MS Applications.
- Effective communication skills.
- Motivated self-starter
- Strong time management skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
