DH Pace Company, Inc. is searching for a PC Support Professional to join our team in Olathe, KS. The PC Support Professional will support the business systems that allow us to engage, educate, and transact with our customers. Team Members of the IS Department are responsible for the design, development, and delivery of solutions that resolve business issues. Job Responsibilities:

Provide first level help desk support to users for software/hardware problems.
Assist network administration team with support of network and telephone system.
Assist in the daily operations of existing business systems and implementation of new business systems.
Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, printers, and peripheral equipment, following company best practices.
Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment at various sites.
Ability to work in a group environment and collaborate on work efforts and ideas.
Ability to troubleshoot and remotely diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain computers daily; upgrade if necessary, to meet business requirements.
When needed, perform or coordinate computer user training using outsourced suppliers or in-house trainers.
Troubleshoot end-users with support for both VoIP and mobile devices
Prepare new systems for users and perform moves and set-ups in conjunction with personnel moves.
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with end users to resolve issue.
Available for 24x7 on call support on a rotating basis.
Some overnight travel may be required.
Other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred
Related experience required, including IT certifications and/or IT classes
Good working knowledge of PC hardware/software
Understanding of networking hardware and functionality
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10 and maintaining devices in a Active Directory environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
