What you'll do:
- Supervise payroll specialist and manage all activities necessary to process bi-weekly, in-house payroll.
- Back-up union payroll (weekly).
- Work closely with HR to complete accounting functions of benefits, HAS, FSA, and 401K contributions.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local regulations, and union contract requirements
- Process commission payments and maintain tax records.

Who you are:
- 5+ years payroll experience (at least 200+ employees), union payroll preferred
- CPP+
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
