Job Purpose

This position is responsible for completing a variety of complex analytical activities required to support the payroll operations team. The position also provides solutions to the internal stakeholders and represents Payroll as an SME in various projects.



Key Accountabilities

  • ECP testing (revtracs and biannual SAP upgrades
  • Complex troubleshooting & root cause analysis requiring expert excel skills
  • Clarifying requirements, setting and meeting expectations on assignments
  • Providing guidance & ECP expertise to the payroll operations team



Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience of SAP EC/ECP
  • 8+ years of payroll operation experience
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Ability to learn new technical tasks
  • Strong analytical skills
