PAYROLL SPECIALIST

- They are looking for a Payroll Specialist to add to their team
OVERVIEW OF THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Accurate and timely processing of the weekly and biweekly hourly and salary payroll for our union and non-union employees
- Payroll Specialist prepares and balances payroll runs per compliance requirements
- Processes payrolls for various scheduled pay dates
- Detailed reconciliation and balancing
- Payroll Specialist responds to court orders, interrogatories, and acts as a liaison between law offices/courts
- Enters and audits payroll adjustments, manual checks and refunds as well as maintaining logs and spreadsheets to reconcile data and audit entries.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST ROLE:
- 3-5 years' experience of payroll processing
- High Volume payroll processing experience preferred
- A Payroll Specialist with UKG experience is a plus
