Overview of the Payroll Specialist role:
- Process weekly payroll for over 1,000 employees
- Process payroll using ADP
- Ensure employee data changes are entered correctly
- Prepare various payroll reports
- Assist with year end payroll reports
Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist Role:
- Prior experience with high volume payroll
- Proficiency in Excel is a must, including knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
