RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST: - The Payroll Specialist will handle full cycle payroll
- Process non-payroll disbursements
- Prepare payroll deductions
- Reconcile insurance and benefit accounts
- Light data entry for manual inputs
- Troubleshooting payroll issues
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST ROLE: - 3+ years of Payroll experience
- Multi-state
- Union payroll is preferred
- ADP software experience is a PLUS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
