Requirements of the Senior Payroll Specialist
• Bachelor's degree preferred. Will also consider extensive work experience in payroll and payroll taxes.
• Previous work experience processing high volume, multi state payroll.
• Experience with payroll tax compliance - Knowledge of Quarterly and Annual Federal and State Payroll Tax Returns; Forms 941, 940, and W2 is required. Ability to
register taxes with new state and local agencies.
• Technical: Knowledge and experience working with ADP Workforce Now/ ADP Smart Compliance. Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables, V
Lookups, working with large data.
• Able to perform well with strict deadlines.
Comfortable with cats being in the office.
