Do you have 5+ years' experience with payroll, accounts payable and general ledger accounting transactions in a manufacturing setting? Does the following further describe you and your experience? If so, apply today.

Supporting employees with 401k questions, including loans, check balances, etc.
Supporting month-end close, including accurately preparing and entering journal entries and account reconciliations to include but not limited to payroll entry, hourly and salary wage accrual, paid time off, TFR and holiday accruals, 401k, and credit card sales tax liability.
Knowledge of city, state, and federal legislation affecting payroll.
Report writing and regulatory reporting for items to include, but not limited, to census reporting, 401k compliance, workers compensation data, SOX compliance and annual W-2 process.
Processing manual submission of HSA funding.
Experience with Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Word. Familiarity with one or more accounting software systems and Paylocity a plus.
Knowledge of Lean Accounting concepts.

Education/Experience Requirements : Bachelor's degree in business administration - accounting or finance, preferred. Five to seven years related experience and/or training.
