Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Location: Attleboro, MA 02703 (Hybrid - 3 days onsite/2 days remote)

Duration: 3 - 6 Months (Temp to Hire)

Hours: 9 am - 5 pm (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities:

Effective and accurate processing of payroll.

Audit employee records and reconciling totals by department, location, country etc.

Assists with policy enforcement to ensure appropriate amounts or deductions are calculated and applied.

Participate in the verification of compliance to local, state, and federal policies, laws and requirements.

Assist with internal audits, workers compensation situations, tax filing and other related payroll processes.

Candidate requirements:

Minimum of 3 years ADP/SAP Payroll experience preferred.

Minimum of 3 years ADP Global View experience preferred.

Experience with ADP eTime preferred.

Experience with Workday preferred.

A university degree required (i.e., Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
