Adecco is currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Specialist to work full time in Attleboro, Massachusetts with the option to work remotely 2 days per week. Pay for this position is up to $30 an hour, depending on experience.

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for payroll processing, payroll audits, system updates, document/file review, verification as required, and special projects as assigned by the US Payroll Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Effective and accurate processing of payroll.

• Audit employee records and reconciling totals by department, location, country etc.

• Assists with policy enforcement to ensure appropriate amounts or deductions are calculated and applied.

• Participate in the verification of compliance to local, state, and federal policies, laws and requirements.

• Assist with internal audits, workers compensation situations, tax filing and other related payroll processes.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years ADP/SAP Payroll experience.

• Experience with ADP eTime.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

• A university degree required (i.e., Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.

• Strong communication skills - oral, written and presentation.

• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.

• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.

• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including managers, employees, suppliers and/or external customers.
Experience with Workaday, ADP E-Time and ADP Global View preferred but not required.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
