The Payroll Specialist is responsible for leading and directing payroll operations, including payroll taxes, compliance, and related accounting to ensure the timeliness, efficiency and accuracy of payroll processing and associated deliverables.

Job Duties of the Payroll Specialist:
- Process mid-high volume payroll weekly and bi-weekly
- Answer emails for team members
- Process live checks
- Knowledge of withholding order processing compliance
- Audit completion and process timesheets
- Off-cycle payments
- Fix errors from previous payroll
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Payroll Specialist:
- 3-5 years of Payroll experience
- Excellent attention to detail and high work ethic
- Workday Payroll experience preferred
- Looking for someone who is a self-starter
- Laid back, relaxed, and confident
