Payroll Operations Specialist
Location: Temple Terrace, FL (Hybrid)
Duration: 03+ Months (Contract to hire)

Job description:
  • Responsible for execution of payroll processing and non-processing tasks to run weekly/biweekly payroll cycles within the CONA application for U.S
    and Canada bottlers.
  • Research and resolve payroll errors prior to funding including but not limited to schedule changes, taxation issues, commission calculations, or base rate changes.
  • Perform all udits for payroll and bank reconciliations.
  • 5 years payroll processing, finance, or HR experience
  • 5 years' experience with a payroll processing system
  • 3+ years' experience with timekeeping systems
  • General understanding of HR related processes and business acumen.
