What the Payroll Coordinator will do

  • The Payroll Coordinator will audit, batch and import timesheets for all employees
  • The Payroll Coordinator will oversee the bi-weekly processing of payroll, evaluating complex payroll issues, ensuring proper protocols are followed.
  • The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for the input of bonus and overtime payments, in multiple states
  • Process payroll for 200+ employees
  • Reconcile weekly payroll activity between ADP and the general ledger.
  • Assist with the employee benefits for the company

What the company needs in a Payroll Coordinator:

  • 2+ years of full cycle payroll experience
  • Multi-state payroll processing is a PLUS
  • Independent and self-directed with a great attitude.
  • Excel proficiency is desired

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience. This role is fully on-site.
