Payroll Coordinator

This position solves complex payroll system issues using thorough, independent analysis and follow-through. To support all labor management initiatives, this role is heavily involved in auditing of timecards, pay corrections, and processes to ensure adherence to all system policies and program guidelines. Responsible for performing all payroll processing functions for the bi-weekly cycle hourly, executive and monthly physician payrolls. This individual is also responsible for processing garnishments, federal/state tax

levies and child support deductions, balancing of all payroll entries, accounts, and taxable wage calculations, and for the preparation of the quarterly and yearly reports. Completes federal and state tax deposits in a timely/accurate manner and completes special research projects as assigned. At all times, the confidentiality, accuracy and security of all payroll records shall be maintained by this position, as assigned.

Workday experience a plus High School diploma or GED REQUIRED 2 years of direct payroll experience REQUIRED

15 month assignment possibility to convert after assignment completion both onsite and remote options available
