OVERVIEW OF THE PAYROLL COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Collaborate with HR to incorporate new employees into the payroll system, making sure all necessary documents are collected. 欄
- The Payroll Coordinator will process payroll on a bi-weekly basis, guaranteeing precise calculations and deductions.
- Address and rectify any payroll discrepancies that may arise in a prompt manner.
- Keep abreast of payroll regulations, enacting necessary updates to their processes to ensure compliance.
- Assist employees by addressing their payroll-related inquiries with clarity and warmth. 珞
- The Payroll Coordinator will generate comprehensive payroll reports for assessment by the management team and financial analysis.
- Contribute to refining processes to bolster the efficiency and effectiveness of the payroll system. ️
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PAYROLL COORDINATOR:
- At least 1 year of previous exposure as a Payroll Coordinator or in similar capacities is advantageous.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel, enabling accurate calculations and methodical record-keeping. 燐
