Payroll Client SpecialistPOSITION SUMMARY OF PAYROLL CLIENT SPECIALIST The Payroll Client Specialist is responsible for completing all aspects of the daily payroll functions for their clients within the Payroll Department. This position implements and maintains payroll systems procedures and policies for the company as well as building and maintaining a professional rapport with clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for the PAYROLL CLIENT SPECIALIST The essential functions for Payroll Client Specialist include, but are not limited to the following:
- Complete day to day payroll functions, including but not limited to entering data, running payroll, producing applicable reports
- Assisting other team members with setting up new clients in payroll software
- Maintaining a high rate of client retention through quality service
- Work with our partners regarding payroll items and issues
- Establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to promote a quality service image
- Performing other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES) for the PAYROLL CLIENT SPECIALIST Qualified candidates for Payroll Client Specialist:
- Working knowledge payroll system
- Professional, friendly personality for regular communication with clients
- 1+ year Payroll experience
- Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
