As a Payroll Clerk, your tasks will include:
  • Ensuring payroll confidentiality and accuracy
  • Processing timesheets, reviewing approvals, and reconciling discrepancies
  • Maintaining compliance with payroll procedures and staying updated on leave laws
  • Entering employee data in payroll systems, updating changes, and addressing inquiries
  • Safely storing and filing payroll information along with other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); Associate s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
  • One year's payroll experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
