PAYROLL/BOOKKEEPER RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Payroll/Bookkeeper will prepare balance sheet, profit, loss statement, and other reports to summarize the current and projected company financial position
- Payroll processes for all employees
- Processing invoicing and reconciling discrepancies in records
- Receives, records, and banks cash, checks, and vouchers
- Handle check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry
- Establish, modify, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
- The Payroll/Bookkeeper will perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
PAYROLL/BOOKKEEPER QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have Bookkeeping or Payroll experience for Payroll/Bookkeeper position
- Must have both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- ADP experience is a plus.
