OVERVIEW OF THE PAYROLL & BENEFITS CLERK ROLE:
- Process union and nonunion payroll for the team of 150 employees
- Payroll & Benefits Clerk handles account reconciliations
- Obtain accurate benefit information for all new hires.
- Ensure benefit data is accurately entered and maintained in the HR system
- Payroll & Benefits Clerk maintains and understands all company benefits
- Handle benefit related issues and provide exceptional customer service to employees, managers, Human Resources and any 3rd party vendors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR PAYROLL & BENEFITS CLERK ROLE:
- At least 2+ years of Benefits processing and administration needed for Payroll & Benefits Clerk role.
- Exceptional and strong commitment to customer service
- Highest degree of professionalism, integrity and a proven track record of discretion in handling confidential information
- Exceptional attention to detail
