- They are seeking a Payroll Associate to add to their team.
OVERVIEW OF THE PAYROLL ASSOCIATE ROLE:
- Accurately process employee payroll and benefits distribution.
- The Payroll Associate maintains up-to-date records of employee timekeeping and payroll information.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Payroll Associate addresses employee inquiries and resolves payroll-related discrepancies promptly.
- Generate payroll reports for management insights into labor costs and metrics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR PAYROLL ASSOCIATE:
- 3+ years of experience in Payroll position ideally in construction company
- Minimum of Associates degree highly preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks and ADP is a huge plus for the Payroll Associate role.
- Must be detail-oriented, independent, and have great time management skills
