Position Summary:

Managing Business Consultant Senior Consultant - SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant with End User Training Experience; Immediate need to document FI/CO detailed Change Impact Assessments based on the complete assessments for FI/CO and drive impact discussions and validations sessions. Conduct training sessions, facilitate discussions, Design and develop FI/CO training materials , train the trainer, training data, classroom exercises, data development in the training client Position: SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Senior Consultant with SAP Enable Now or perform training delivery experience Location: Remote with limited travel to Customer Locations Role Overview: The seasoned SAP S/4HANA Financial and Controlling (FI/CO) Senior Consultant will be at the forefront of helping with the deployment of an advanced Financial Accounting and Controlling solutions within the SAP S/4HANA landscape.


The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP s Financial and Managerial Accounting -Record to Report (RTR) processes within the S/4HANA environment, with a proven track record of successful integration with key SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, and MDG.


This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and SAP configuration, along with the ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training material using SAP Enable Now or perform.


Responsibilities:


• Understand the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Financial and Managerial Accounting - Record to Report (RTR) processes.


• Analyze and understand the delivered SAP S/4HANA FI/CO processes and solutions and the integration with SAP SD, CO, MM, PP, and MDG modules that are supporting the complex business requirements.


• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality SAP training materials and training sessions using tools like SAP Enable Now, PowerPoint, ZOOM, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams to enhance user adoption and proficiency.


• Support Organization Change Management (OCM) activities as it relates to business process and technology transformation activities.


Education:


• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.


Qualifications:


• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA with a focus on the Record-to-Report/Financial and Managerial Accounting process within the wholesale distribution and discrete manufacturing industries.


• Minimum of two (2) end-to-end life cycle implementation / roll outs in SAP S/4HANA in FI/CO-RTR process area.


• Understanding of SAP FI/CO business processes (General Ledger, AP, AR, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Allocations and Distribution, Period End Close) and SAP functionalities (architecture).


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.


• Strong Experience in conducting SAP Process workshops in client engagements and drive decisions Experience in preparing for and delivering presentations / training sessions.


• Proven expertise in integrating SAP S/4HANA RTR with SAP SD, MM, PP, and MDG.


• Strong experience in developing and delivering training materials using SAP Enable Now or perform.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:


• SAP certifications in relevant modules
