Responsibilities of the Payroll Assistant
- The Payroll Assistant will audit timesheets to ensure all information is correct
- The Payroll Assistant will enter timesheets into the payroll software
- Assist with the processing of payroll
- The Payroll Assistant will track PTO and wage changes for all employees
Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Office administrative experience
- Payroll experience a plus, but not required if someone is comfortable with data entry
