Payroll Administrator Growing OKC company is looking to hire a Payroll Administrator to join their team. The Payroll Administrator will manage processing a large payroll for OKC locations and be an integral part of the team. This is a great company with competitive benefits.
Duties of the Payroll Administrator
- Process high volume payroll for over 700 employees
- Payroll tax reporting
- Experience with processing off cycle payroll, bonus payouts and figuring garnishments
- Work closely with manager to identify areas to improve processes and create efficiencies
- Ad hoc reports and or projects related to payroll
Requirements of the Payroll Administrator
- At least 4 years of experience processing large payroll
- Strong organization skills and deadline driven
- Must be detail oriented and able to learn new software quickly
- Strong knowledge of MS office products
- Union experience a plus
This company offers a full benefits package. Pay is $20-25/hr based on experience and skills.
