Payroll Administrator

Growing OKC company is looking to hire a Payroll Administrator to join their team. The Payroll Administrator will manage processing a large payroll for OKC locations and be an integral part of the team. This is a great company with competitive benefits.

Duties of the Payroll Administrator

  • Process high volume payroll for over 700 employees

  • Payroll tax reporting

  • Experience with processing off cycle payroll, bonus payouts and figuring garnishments

  • Work closely with manager to identify areas to improve processes and create efficiencies

  • Ad hoc reports and or projects related to payroll



Requirements of the Payroll Administrator

  • At least 4 years of experience processing large payroll

  • Strong organization skills and deadline driven

  • Must be detail oriented and able to learn new software quickly

  • Strong knowledge of MS office products

  • Union experience a plus



This company offers a full benefits package. Pay is $20-25/hr based on experience and skills.
