Payor and Provider Relations Manager

Job Description Responsible for monitoring the verification process for medical staff incumbents. Completes physician, nurse and other employee verifications and ensures that the organization and staff are in accordance with staff by-laws, industry trends and standard credentialing procedures. Primary point of contact for provider network. Utilizing relationships with payors will provide updates and administrative support in dealing with claims related issues for contracts. Coordinates and identifies solutions related to payor contracts. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
