Position: Patient Visit Specialist
Location: 169 Kent Street, Brooklyn, NY
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $21-$23 per hour

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Every Saturday
Hours: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Saturday- 8:30 AM-3:00 PM

Role Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in patients
Scheduling appointments efficiently
Processing payments and managing billing
Obtaining and knowledge of verifying insurance information
Answering phones and managing patient communications via email

Required Qualifications:
At least 6 months of dental office experience
Must have prior front desk experience
Proficient with Google Docs and capable of handling emails professionally
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively
Demonstrates adaptability and problem-solving capabilities
Proactive team player with strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Open Dental or Dentrix (not required)
Experience in clerical duties within a healthcare setting
