A Patient Support Technicians (PST) role will give you the opportunity to serve as a liaison between healthcare professionals through strong people, customer service and critical thinking skills. Job Satisfaction: Each day you will positively impact each patient you serve. Job Summary Responsible for providing services to support patient care. The position includes two major areas of support to patient care: Transportation of patients and equipment and the providing supportive 1:1 care for patients requiring a sitter. Serve as a vital contact for patients, family, and visitors during patient transportation, and, must convey a friendly, caring, and professional attitude. Responsible for assessing needs of customers related to transportation and ensuring the customer's needs are met. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Work Schedule Varied shifts; 48 hours every 2 weeks Every 3rd weekend Every 3rd holiday Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below.
