Responsibilities:

Check patient in/out, schedule patients for appointments with practice, specialist, radiology, etc. Answer/triage patient calls.

Work In basket and do call backs.

Referrals, precerts, scanning.

Healthcare Customer Service and EPIC experience highly preferred.
