Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments warmly and efficiently.
Serve as the welcoming voice for incoming phone calls.
Provide respectful and courteous assistance to patients.
Maintain meticulous organization of patient charts.
Verify insurance coverage for patients.
Process co-pays or deductibles with accuracy.

Qualifications:

No prior Optometry or Medical Experience is required.
A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Energetic and personable demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail.
