Patient Coordinator

We're seeking passionate Patient Coordinators to join our growing team in multiple exciting locations across the US.
You'll be responsible for:

Welcoming patients and assisting them with registration and insurance.

Answering phone calls and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Supporting clinical staff with documentation and patient flow.

Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualification:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Basic computer skills.

Valid driver's license (as applicable).

Bonus points for:

Prior patient care or customer service experience.

Medical terminology knowledge.

Bilingualism (Spanish).
