What Are We Looking for?

We are looking for a full time Patient Collections Specialist to work from our physical corporate office in Deerfield Beach, FL who will assist the Financial Specialist and report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

The Patient Collections Specialist Is responsible for collecting payments and setting up revolving payments. Responsible for documentation of all patient and family communications and attempts. Contacting patients and families by phone and meeting patients while they are in our care.

Required qualifications:

  • Knowledge of substance abuse and mental health disorders required
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency required
  • Customer Service/Care Experience.
  • Salesforce proficiency preferred
  • Kipu proficiency preferred
  • Direct patient care experience preferred.
