Responsibilities:


Conduct on-site visits to nursing homes and private houses to administer cognitive tests to patients.

Guide patients through the testing process, providing clear instructions and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Ensure that patients follow proper testing procedures to obtain accurate results.

Maintain a patient-centered approach, showing empathy and respect to individuals with varying needs and abilities.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and caregivers to coordinate testing schedules and gather relevant patient information.

Document testing procedures, results, and observations accurately for further analysis and reporting.

Requirements:


High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare, or related field preferred).

Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is a plus.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach when working with individuals, particularly the elderly.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and engage patients.

Detail-oriented with the ability to follow standardized testing protocols.

Reliable transportation (car) is essential due to travel between locations in the Bronx/Yonkers area and potentially the entire Tri-State Area.

Ability to work independently while adhering to testing guidelines and maintaining ethical standards.
