As a Patient Care Technician, you will be working collaboratively with the Nurses within the ENTER unit. Your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of the Patient Experience. As a Patient Care Technician, you would be caring for a ENTER PATIENT POPULATION patient population by assisting with their daily living activities, taking vital signs, Accu-Cheks, Phlebotomy, EKG's, and other nursing assistant responsibilities. Position: Patient Care Technician PCT - ENTER UNIT Shift: ENTER HOURS Experience: 1. Previous experience in delivery of patient services preferred. 2. Phlebotomy experience preferred. Education: 1. Graduation from high school or equivalent required. 2. Some college preferred. Licensures/Certifications: Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred on hire / required prior to completion of unit orientation. If TCC position: Nursing Aid Certification required.
