We are currently hiring for a Full Time DIRECTOR OF INPATIENT SERVICES to work within our Inpatient Services Department.


Compensation Range:

$129,000.00 - $207,000.00 per year

Exempt

Compensation package is based on your specific qualifications for the role.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Colorado
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • NRP and STABLE certifications
  • At least five years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • At least two years of experience in a nursing leadership role

Position Overview:

Directs care for Inpatient Services including Patient Care Unit, Intensive Care Unit, and Obstetrics. Administrative responsibilities include planning, organizing, leading, coaching, and coordinating the overall work of the inpatient services staff on a 24-hour basis in order to provide quality patient-centered care. Responsibilities also include preparation of and accountability for annual budget for the departments as well as variance analysis as requested. Promotes inter- and intra-departmental teamwork and respect. Assists in direct patient care as needed to staff the department.
