Hours: Per Diem Shift: Day/Evening Shift; Closing hours preferred Location: Brain and Spine Center - Dartmouth, MA We are searching for a Patient Access Representative - Rehab to perform a variety of office support, coordination of various patient care processes and other related duties in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures. Education and/or Experience Requirements: High school graduate or GED is required Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated work experience Duties require knowledge of medical terminology. Proficient keyboarding skills are essential Computer experience a must Must possess strong reasoning and critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask throughout the business day Exceptional customer service skills are required. Over three years of related medical office work experience is required.
