Our client is seeking a junior-mid level talented and driven Patent Litigation Attorney to join their leading AmLaw 10 firm in its Los Angeles office.
A towering presence on the US patent litigation scene, our client is always a force to be reckoned with in consequential battles over cutting-edge technologies.
Your practice will focus on litigation and trials involving patent, trade secret, and unfair competition claims. You will also advise clients on intellectual property strategy, including offensive and defensive pre-litigation strategies. You will have substantial experience working on complex litigation matters.
Annual salary range: $225,000 - $370,000.
